Short History


1992:

- Joint-stock Company "Izhladabank" ("ILB") was established

1992-1994:

- Gaining the independence from "Ladabank" of Togliatti

2000-2002:

- Specialization on retail services for individuals and SME

2004-2006:

- 26 new branches were opened

2007:

- More than 50% of "ILB" and "Mobilbank"(*) acquired by new shareholders  

- Additional share issue for the total amount of RUB 814 mln
        
- 21 new branches were opened


2008:

- Reorganization of the banking group and operation transfer from "Mobilbank" to "BystroBank"
  
- First IFRS financial statements for the year 2007

- New share issue for the total amount of RUB 311 mln

- Brand name change from "Izhladabank" to "BystroBank"
 
- 17 new branches were opened


2009:

- SME funding program with Russian Development Bank (RUB 750 mln loan)

- 6 new branches were opened and 48 branches were closed


2010:

- "Mobilbank" was sold to the third parties

- Additional share issue for the total amount of RUB 645 mln

2011:

- First Loan Agreement with EBRD on SME lending (RUB 300 mln loan)

- ''B-'' (Stable) Rating assigned by Fitch

- Russian Development Bank Credit line increased up to RUB 1413 mln


2012:

- Loan Agreement with EBRD on TFP (USD 5 mln line)

- Loan Agreement with EBRD on RUSEFF Program (RUB 125 mln loan)

- 8 new branches were opened



* Joint-stock company "Mobilbank" was established in 1990 as an independent Bank of the Udmurt Republic. Till January 11, 2010 "BystroBank" and "Mobilbank" were under control and management of the owners, considering the activity of the two banks as one business.
